Open Door Season

1. We are entering a year of Open doors! Not only doors of this realm but most importantly of heaven realm. The Lord says to prophesy to the doors, to the gates, to open and they will!

1. 1. “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”: “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.” Revelation‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬‬
   2. The Key of David-“The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder; So he shall open, and no one shall shut; And he shall shut, and no one shall open.” Isaiah‬ ‭22‬:‭22‬ ‭‬‬‬
   3. “Thus says the Lord to His anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held— To subdue nations before him And loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors, So that the gates will not be shut:” Isaiah‬ ‭45‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬

2. Open heavens doors

1. 1. “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.” Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬
   2. “Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.” Ezekiel‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬ ‭‬‬‬
   3. “After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.” Revelation‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬
   4. “When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.” Matthew‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬
   5. “And He said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.” John‬ ‭1‬:‭51‬ ‭‬‬‬
   6. “In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.” Genesis‬ ‭7‬:‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬

3. Open door means a door of one season will close to open for another

4. Hebrew year 5784 the year of the open door! God says to me exercise your faith do this year! Blessings are attached many times to open doors

   2. “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the Lord of hosts; “And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land,” Says the Lord of hosts.” Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭10‬-‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬‬‬‬‬

5. We can’t operate in the same wineskin we did last season and expect new results. We need the Lord’s help to expand our borders, because new opportunities and experiences put a greater demand and pull on us. We must be ready for the increase.

   2. “Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” I Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭23‬ ‭‬‬‬

1. 6. Open door – some to judgment and others to blessing! The cross was judgment to some and mercy to others.
