Burden Bearer
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2 NKJV. A burden bearer!
Bear ye one another’s burdens – See the note at Romans 15:1. Bear with each other; help each other in the divine life. The sense is, that every man has special temptations and easily besetting sins, which constitute a heavy burden. We should aid each other in regard to these, and help one another to overcome them.
It denotes any weight which presses heavily on the body or the mind, as toil, suffering, responsibility, anxiety.
“We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves.” Romans 15:1 NKJV
We are to help those carrying a load not push them down while they’re carrying it
““Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:1-5 NKJV

This is bearing with a brother or sister
We can maintain our moral conviction without giving in or compromising
I don’t condemn but I cannot give permission in my home
Christian Artists condoning homosexuality by allowing a same sex marriage on their farm
This artist said Jesus you’ve just narrowed it down to two things love God and love people
A Christian can maintain their conviction and love people.
Bear the burden of another!
A life of prayer and intercession is carrying a burden.
“My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you,”. Galatians 4:19 NKJV
Paul for a moment in his life was quick to exclude someone but later in life wanted that person around. Barnabas was willing to lift the Burden of John mark and because of that Mark matured and became a great asset to Paul.
“Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.” Now Barnabas was determined to take with them John called Mark. But Paul insisted that they should not take with them the one who had departed from them in Pamphylia, and had not gone with them to the work. Then the contention became so sharp that they parted from one another. And so Barnabas took Mark and sailed to Cyprus; but Paul chose Silas and departed, being commended by the brethren to the grace of God. And he went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.” Acts 15:36-41 NKJV
“Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, for he is useful to me for ministry.” II Timothy 4:11 NKJV
Paul was quick in his stance on Mark, Barnabas was willing to lift a burden and great comes out of it. Paul was willing to overlook an offense and great comes from it.
